Right of withdrawal

The consumer has the right to revoke a purchase within 14 days, counting from the first day after the delivery, without giving a reason or incurring a penalty.

When the return shipping is at our expense, we will only reimburse in accordance with the standard-delivery postal tariff.

I do not wish to keep the item.  If you do not wish to keep the item that was delivered then you have the right, under Belgian law, to return your order within 14 days, counting from the first day after the delivery.

The item that was delivered is not the item that I ordered.  If you received a item that does not correspond to your order-form then you can return it at our expense within 14 days, counting from the first day after the delivery. We will refund you the full amount, including the shipping costs.

I received the correct item, but it is damaged.

If you have received an item that is damaged then you can return it to us within 14 days. We will refund you the full amount, including shipping costs.

For all returns :

• Complete the returns document (info@zucsu.com) as fully as possible, stating ‘the reason for the return; do not forget to include your BIC-code and the IBAN account number that you would like us to credit.
• Send the item that you wish to return, undamaged and in its original packaging, to ZUSCU, Fred.Peltzerstraat 65, 2500 Lier
• Once the article has arrived we will arrange a refund as soon as possible.
